Title: Whats it worth????

Have moved this post as advise, from the new members link.
Hi i have a 2.2 CD auto registered in May 2004 on a 04 plate. It has 19500 miles on the clock and serviced at 4000 mile intervals by vauxhall the last being at 1600. Its is in very nice condition. What do you think its worth???

If you let us know it's service history, recent work done, any modifications/change of spec etc &  general condition with photo's if possible, you might get some measured guesses, but from what you have there,  'how long is a piece of string' is the only answer you may get ;)

first registered in may 2004.
Serviced in 2005 May 4000 mies                        
servised in 2006 May 8000 miles
servised in 2007 May 12000 miles
servised in 2008 May 16000 miles
All servises at vauxhall dealer
i got it March this year with 18700 miles have fitted a new outside temp sensor,a passenger front door regulator, had the tracking sorted and fitted 2 new front tyres. Condition is very good interia is as good as it gets exteria has 3 small stone chips on front bumper.(being sorted next week). No modifications or upgrades completely standard vehicle. Got it from a friend of a friend whos father had sadly passed on, not used much for six months before i got it. Hope that helps.
Its also got 7 spoke wheels fitted which i havent seen on any other omegas, but i could be wrong

I'd say it's worth a good £3500, with the mileage being an 04 plate etc  :y

It's only a CD spec, no mention of cambelt & tensioner change. I know the mileage doesn't warrant a change, but the passage of time does. I believe £3500 may be a bit high for a private sale, although I wouldn't be surprised to see that figure on a garage forecourt :y

I would put it up for £3500 if it's as he describes it and it's had the tensioners and cambelt done  :y Sounds a minter  :)

mileage is the key here, 20k miles is very very low, £3.5k would be easily achievable  :y
