Title: Omega A - MOT Time.
Post by: pedroMV6 on 26 April 2010, 21:02:16
Took t'owd lad to my mate's (about 7 miles) to check over, fit some front struts and springs, get the geo set and MOT on Thursday.
After getting used to my Omega, I have to say that in comparison, the Carlton is:

Smaller
Bumpier
Lower
Sharper to steer
Less comfortable
Noisier (alot)
It has no AC
Makes you work it
Manual - nicer with Omega gearlever though - seriously, you lot that haven't done it really should!

BUT, when I got to a nice half-mile long straight on a country road with nowt on it, I had to give it some.

Still grinning!
 ;D ;D ;D

Typical!
Get the Carlton MOT'd with flying colours and bump it into the back of our lass's Honda coming off a roundabout as everyone had stopped.
No excuses, my fault.
Bonnet scratched, grill knackered and small scratch in front bumper.
