Just been looking for a potential Miggy TD Estate (this one being well out of my price range!!!) , and I stumbled across this from Roger Budden.
Accepted, 37k miles - but - £7,000!
I am honestly not knocking Roger, I know from members that his customer service is great, and - hats off to him if someone will pay him that - but, can he really shift Omegas, at that price?

Fair play to the chap... it just goes to show how much some people still rate these cars, IMO :y
-
Well OTT in my view! :o :o :o
-
some dealers will put adverts on for cars that are technically overpriced along with reasonable priced ones and say they're sold when they werent, it makes them look good
-
second that.

You would pay that for a Mince Pie though Rocky ;D ;D ;D

A lot of people will deal at the higher price to get a good price for their trade in - they may feel (rightly or wrongly) that they have got what they think they should get for their current vehicle despite the over price on the the one they are buying - the trick is to have the best car for sale and the best price for trade in methinks!!
-
if i had £8000 to spend on a miggy, i'd buy a lexus

Yep RB does appear to get away with daylight robbery but I think he is simply taking advantage of the buyers who will buy anything, even unseen. If you take the trouble to view carefully then yes, the p/x value on yours can be OK and any cosmetic work gets thrown in too - but only if you ask! You can't blame the guy for taking advantage of some people with more money than sense! :)

and he seems to deal with a limited market.
Omega's and 300C at the moment.
