Title: Jag for DOOG?
Post by: omegod on 11 June 2010, 08:05:59
Spotted this lightly damaged Jag XJR with an LPG system on, this will go for buttons and only seems to need a door

What do you reckon, beautiful motor.

It will increase in price by loads. What happens is they have a preliminary bidding session which is what is happening now then just before the auction end this happens.

Certainly won't go for £150, would guess between £900-1200

It's still a bargain at that price, I'd still run it as it is as said above. I absolutely love these cars, would give my right arm for one (or 1200 quid)

Also, if your going for the car you will have to register which costs about £45 iirc. I would do it now because it takes a while ;)

Generally they would cost it using brand new parts from jaguar, I guess a door would be £500 odd quid plus labour and paint, transport etc would add up to more than half the cars worth.

Believe me doog if I had the spare readies that Jag would be mine!

it says in the info that the colour is silver but IMHO it looks more like the same colour as my xj8 . platinum

but if it is silver have a look at this
