Who Are you?

Seen you a few times, sporting an OOF sticker, in south wales Area, once over severn bridge at about 6am, and once by the M50 heading to A40 to Monmouth a few days later.

In case you're wondering, I'm the nutter in the Green Elite (and the red estate the second time) that passed, grinned and waved at you ;D ;D

That reg caught my eye, as it is similar to tractor. Seeing as thats blue, and mini facelift, s'not me....
