Title: Any recommendations for temporary insurance ?

So my Omega is up for sale, new car already on my driveway....and seems my insurer (Hastings) cannot keep the Omega on the policy for a week or so whilst I sell it :(
Only route *seems* to be temporary insurance for the Omega, after swapping over the main policy to my new car. Thing is, quotes seem to be around the £130-150 mark for 14 days !! That's close to 4 months premium equivalent....
Anyone got any tips ?

Thanks, but tried more or less that......circa. £13/day - £130 for 2 weeks !
