Ive just sorted the finance out that was tying me to the car and with the tax, insurance and petrol is not to good for me as i also need an estate or a bigger car. So i was thinking would it be better to sell it as a whole or break it. Its got cloth interior but its only got 86k on the clock. It needs a few bits doing to it on the bodywork but other than that its a very clean motor. Time is not an issue and i wouldnt mind taking it apart to get a better knowledge so what would you do? And what kind of money would i be looking to get on both options

What reg on a 2001? X, Y or 51? What's up with the bodywork. Mileage is in it's favour, 86k is nothing for a V6.

It's a 51 plate but there's a private plate on it. The scratch that goes from the rear drivers side door onto the read quarter and on the bumper but other than that nothing really it's a very good motor it's just the running cost

I would sell it complete ;)
If it was an 3.0/3.2 Elite then there's a few bob from the leather interior, 3.0 cams, 3.2 Engine, auto box, 17" alloys that yours doesn't have so personally I would sell it complete
