According to oof legend the throttle body is not restrictive anyway, so nout to be gained....

Exhaust manifolds on the other hand....

I dont think they are restrictive mate although they can be enlarged so better/more airflow can be achived

But how? If it's not restricting air flow in the first place? Could be the size of a dustbin, the engine  won't flow any more air until the exhaust manifold is changed from a plenum type to a down pipe type apparently? Which will give a more peaky revy delivery.

Well, they are Vectra throttle bodies in the first place, and that engine has a completely different induction system. "6-8 BHP" from an improved throttle body?   :-?

So how much bigger is the internal diameter exactly? Throttle body wall is only 2mill or so thick?  :-?

You know as well as me, any perceived gains, like 'performance' air filters on the Omega, are placebo effect....

Many a tuning "wallet emptying" house  built on that same effect.

Better performance from an oil change....

The wall is only 2mm but if you actuall measure the throat top to the base you will see the base is around 4mm smaller
