Title: small van with 3 seats or estate with 3 front seat

My aging astra estate is on the ropes  (oil in the water)
I want to replace it with a Berlingo size van with 3 front seats OR an estate that can have the rear seats folded down and  have 3 front seats

we have 2 cars The omega and astra  but i need to do the school run in the van/estate but  dont want to have the rear seats up as it means taking equipment out the van.

I wanna sped a maximum of 3 grand any ideas?

Have a look at the Fiat Scudo (and Citreon and Peugeot equivalents), they are quite spacious vans with 3 seats in the front. Don't know of any estates with 3 front seats though.

The only passenger vehicle that I know of with 3 front seats is the Fiat Multiplas? :-?

Thats what i was thinking apart from a berlingo size van with a 3rd seat conversion but i imagine their few and far between.
