Post by: neilr on 13 November 2010, 16:49:32
took mig in this morning. failed on busted rear spring. just finished changing it and got to take back Monday morning. It took me about an hour to change one of the easier jobs I have done.Undo two bolts use bottle jack to push down arm simples.

They shouldbe replaced in pairs anyway. Sounds like your new springs are not progressive rate like your OE were.

Mine also failed this morning aswell neil :(,on 3 tyres, and headlight aim, although i think the headlight aim was a con again, because when i took it back to be re-checked they dident even do the aim adjustment. Also same advisory as last year on wishbone bushes, and rear brake pads.About time i got those powerflex bushes in i think. ;)
