Title: Kwik Fit
Post by: smithpa7 on 30 November 2010, 18:38:54
I know a lot of people have had a bad experience or two at Kwik Fit, including me >:( >:(
I have a good story for a change.
I dropped off SWMBO wheel to get a punctured repaired( it had a screw in the middle of the tread' on Saturday. The manager told me they were extremely busy and it may take a couple days to repair.
I called them yesterday to enquire about progress. They apologised profusely for the delay and told me it would be ready by the end of the day. I picked it up and as I had to wait 3 days it was repaired free of charge. The manager even waited outside to see if I needed a push through the snow. :y :y :y

The unfortunate ending to this tale is that they gave him the wrong wheel back!
