Passed one of these today on the M4. Lovely looking car imo. Anyone owned one?
Had a look at the interior of a Galant once though, soooo dull!

v. fast cars! light and sporty didn't have one of those but had a new zealand v6 3litre signum basically the predessesor to the galant v.quick doubt a mig would be able to keep up anyway! :-/

Went to look at a 2.5 but as mentioned the dash was so plain,my mate owned a vr4,280 bhp i think, went well but no match for the P1 i had through the twisty bits

I had a 2.5 V6 Galant (1998) for a short few months. Interior was dull, but very comfortable. The Leather was excellent quality. Performance was not what I was expecting from a V6 though, very sluggish compared to the Omega...... probably down to the Auto in the Mitsubishi being rubbish (INVECS 2 I think).

I would love one ;)

Considered a Galant VR4 saloon once. I do like the look of them.
Plenty quick enough in twin turbo form but a bit removed from what's going on at the road, I thought.
Sanity got the better of me in the end. ::)

I had a 98 v6 manual and loved it,good on fuel and in manual form pretty quick,in fact the only reason I don't still have it is because of low kerb/towing weight. One of the best cars I have ever owned :y

I always liked the look of them but never had a chance yet to give one a go. When I was looking for a new car it was one of the names on the list, but I opted for the Mig instead.
