Title: omega bra, bonnet protector
Post by: vauxfan2k on 15 December 2010, 18:37:01
spotted a few of these on various omega's both pre and facelift. now while I get the fact that they are for protecting the front of the car against stone chips and bugs, but  whats the 2 raised bits on the top leading edge supposed to be for?

Makes the bugs do a back flip with half pike over the roof rather than a Mk1 belly flop/splat on the screen.

Apparently.....    ;D

For use in Scotland and Kielder Forest only presumably.

I have actually seen one of these and from inside the car those raised bits have LEDs that spell out Right and Left for those folk who can't remember. ;D

That is one sad accessory ;D I would rather admire a few stonechips than a lump of PVC fabric wrapped round the front end :)
