I'll have an ex-Police Omega coming up for sale soon - I'm wanting to know if it's worth taking the Irmscher bits off it and selling them separately or not
car is an S-plate mini-facelift MV6 in white (!) and has an Irmscher stainless exhaust, tailgate spoiler and side strips on it. Other than that it's in good condition, drives really well, has newly-rebuilt engine and everything works, even the aircon.
so - what am I likely to get for it with and without the Irmscher stuff - and are they worth selling separately.
Please note that it's absolutely not for sale yet - as I have a transmission oil seal to attend to.

Side stripes?
-
the prefacelifts got colour coded rubbing strips like the facelift with the full irmscher package iirc
-
i'd say its not worth removing them to be honest
have you a pic of the car yet?

The exhaust definately, as for the other bits, unless you've got something to replace them in the same colour can't see it being worth while.

Took me 2 years to track down a backbox so you should get a few quid for that, rare as.....

I'll have first dibs on it, say a tenner, posted? :D
