Title: Goodbye Omega
Post by: Andy Pont on 10 January 2011, 18:29:53
Just before xmas, I had a prang in my Omega in the snow :-(
The result is that is now been written off, and I have gone back to the world of Honda Prelude.
I would like to thank everyone for the welcome, as well as the help and advice over the few months that I have been here. I really liked this car, until winter set in, and expected to be here for several years. However, once we got the snow if I wasnt having to dig it out to get moving I was spending a frightening amount of time sideways!! It may be down to my driving, but I thought I was driving sensibly, and certainly havent had these issues in previous years with other cars. I will hang about the forum as I have a few odds and sods to sort out, that may as well help someone rather than fill my bin up.

Had One Never Drive Another :P

I hope your Prelude gives you years of good service :).  Not that familar with the Prelude, but all the Honda based cars I've had have all served me well :)

Good luck, and you're welcome to carry on hanging around here :y

Shame about the Omega Andy, I'm sure that you'll enjoy the Honda all the same. 8-) :y

Good to hear you're sticking around. :y :y
