everytime i start a new fitness surge it all goes pair shaped! two years ago i started five a side and dislocated my elbow first game, bought an exercise bike and stubbed/broke my toe on one of the legs when getting it out, went jogging and severly twisted my ankle in a grass pothole and thursday joined a squash club and pulled a hamstring during my second game!
i have never injured myself on my sofa so may take the less painful option in future and watch other people doing the sports on telly !!!!!!!!!!! ;)

Thats okay then i'm that shape already and not a broken bone or visit to the quack! Works for me ;D ;D

I played squash for thirty years. The best advice I ever had was that "you get fit to play squash, you don't play squash to get fit".
Now all you have to do is find a way to get fit using the Sofa..... now I wonder what you could do?????? :P

I find that the eqipment that you have to use to get fit on a sofa can turn somewhat disagreeable after a while. Stick to squash :y

Think you need one of these Wii games consoles... bloke at work plays Tennis, Boxing, Bowling in his living room and feels fit as a fiddle he says ;D
