Title: renault scenic fault code p0141

hi folks so my wee winter run about is started playing up :(

its a 02 plate 2.0l auto

for the past couple of weeks ive only managed 26 mpg on a long run so ive changed the air filter and the petrol filter because it needed it anyway but still the same so i got the code reader on to it and am getting a p0141

so any thoughts would be grateful  :y

code 0141 is heated oxygen sensor 2 bank 1 heater control circuit malfunction

O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

is a lambda sensor :y

cool guys so do u think the sensor is the problem ?

either the sensor itself or the wiring to it,as its the only code stored its a good place to start :y
