Here are my LPG stats for the last 3 or 4 months... ...might be useful for those considering converting. I have not tracked petrol usage (around 1/2 a tank in this period). Car is a 172k 3.0l auto, driven like an Omega should be.

Seems to work out at around 16ppm, not including petrol. Which is slightly better than my (gently driven)2.5. I assume you do more motorway miles than me, or maybe yours is better set up ?
I would guess you have saved approx £350 over that period, assuming petrol at £5.50 per gallon at around 20mpg ?

some very crappy mpg figures there :o
I could crack 27mpg on a good day, 24/25 on average.

They look ok to me. Could try harder in some cases. :D

Nearly 22 mpg :o - My angry must have been asleep ::)

As they say in these parts "I was having me some fun"

I've never bothered seriously checking mine, maybe I should see what it is actually returning.

My spreadsheet won't easily paste into the forum ... but over 30,000 miles, including a large amount of towing .. I'm averaging 18 mpg on LPG, cost per mile on LPG is 15.24p, cost per mile on petrol (calculated) would be 25.03p .. so I'm saving 9.79 p every mile ...
On individual journeys it can get as high as 11p a mile saving, or as low as 7p
just multiply your annual mileage by 9p .. that'll be your potential saving .... :)

I always worked on 10p but it's probably closer to 9p now with the massive increase in LPG prices

With the price we can get the kit for (see link in signature!) it's actually quite a viable option :y

Bloody right, esp as I've just had to fill the Elite with petrol. I don't think I'll walk normal again after the pain of that >:(
-
The guts of £100 from empty ? I worked out a while ago that 134ppl would take it over £100 to fill up from bone dry.
Which is rather shocking. :o
