Title: general omega info needed

hi there.  I have a white 96 v6 calibra.  I also have a crappy mk4 astra.  Im looking to do two things.  I want to tune my calibra by putting in a 3.2 v6 omega or vectra gsi engine and the other is get rid of the astra and get myself a diesel omega.  Suspose first question would be how much could i expect to pay for both?

A have decent diesel omega
and
a good Y32SE engine

Why not go for the 2.0l redtop in the calibra its just a straight swap (+ecu)
