Had a call from DK CAR SALES in Newbury today, he was telling me of a 2002 omega 3.2 elite he has for sale, just arrived to him, he called me as i was in the market for one a while ago, he supplied the car when it was 1 year old, the car has 27,000 miles, yep 27,000, full vaux history and only done 7,000 in the past 2 years, its not on his web page as yet so i thought ok, how much do you want, he is asking £4,500 well over book price so i took the conversation no further, was tempted to make an offer though with that type of milage.

Aye, it's only worth what someone will pay for it. If he can get £4.5k for it, then fair play to him :y

FVSH as well no doubt must be a minter but still a bit rich :y

With that sort of mileage its a very desirable car indeed. Some dealers though will over milk it and stick a grand on the price just for a very low mileage example which is probably the case here. a 60 or 70 k example will still be in great shape and a lot less imo. :)

He's been selling Omegas for many years now .. in fact I bought my old blue one from him !! - so he'll know exactly what he can ask .. and what he will actually take :)
Aftersales was good from them as well .. I had a problem with the Climate after 3 months ownership . .. they sorted it very quickly .. although I'm still convinced they took a control panel out of another one and simply swapped them over .......:) I wonder what the buyer of the "other" one had to do ... :)

I sold them my MV6 some years back - really easy sale TBH.
