Trechii is the seller you want for head gaskets and bolts

ring him, dont just get one of the packs with more in it than you want.

I've just bought his HG and bolts off his ebay site - I'll get the manfold gasket and the oil stem seals from vx.  I may just get some new camshaft seals on standby just in case.  What else do you reckon I'll need?

I'm off to pick up some s/h heads in a bit.  The idea being that I can get them ready with the new manifolds fitted and the head given the smallest skim you can get and check the core plugs etc so I can swap them over in one weekend rather than take mine off and then realise I have issues (I suspect a coolant leak from the core plug Pass side but I cannot verify  :( )

I had to take the gearbox oil pump to a fabrication place to get it skimmed, looks like it'll take nearly 2 weeks with his backlog though.  Once I get the heads swapped the gearbox I am refurbing will get swapped.  Inbetween the bodywork is getting sorted, I have found the Holts 68L is a very good match for my paint colour, and some new wishbones are going on tomorrow morning (hangover permitting)
