Title: Overheating Mondeo

Anyone know anything about these cars its a 2007 2.0 diesel and temp has shot up into the red twice in the past week. Has got a coolant leak somewhere but never run dry as I have checked it daily.

Any pointer good or bad please guys.

Thermostat stuck (closed)?........Fan/relay/thermo-sensor failed?  :-/

Could be debs but I'm not exactly what you would call as handy with the spanners, will have it in at mates garage this week. Just like to have an idea what could be wrong before hand can do a few bits like but to be fore warned  and all that  :y
