Title: First spirited run in the miggy....

...this afternoon since the rebuild and, wow!  A definite power increase which I think will improve once the gearbox is sorted out.  Much smoother and a bit of a growl at high revs, left a few cars suprised on the A331 a few moments ago  ;D :y

But of course the important things have been sorted, coolant level steady and the temperature is constant either 94 (cool run) or 96 (spirited)

Well chuffed with myself  :y

Sounds good, all well once you put a new crank sensor on then?

and engine noise? quietened down too?

Replaced the CS and the HT leads as they were a little damaged from oil leaks.  Runs as sweet as a nut.  Now to do the bodywork, theres an Irmy bodykit sitting in the garage that is screaming to be colour matched and slapped on the miggy  :y
