Title: Washers fitted
Post by: Martin_1962 on 14 August 2011, 21:04:44
Painted the surrounds last night and today.

Thought I would change the tank - managed to wriggle it out.

Had drilled and cut the holes very easily.

Now have working headlamp washers

Will be polishing the RHS headlamp next weekend

I did the same job recently (including painting the surrounds from black to silver) wasnt too bad a job, until I tried the washers and realised I had a leak where the pump wasnt seated properly in the tank. Had to take it off and do it again. ::)
