If you're going to get a 'limo', get one that actually has limousine on the log book ;) ;)

did I ever say I used to get driven to school from time time in one of these? ::) ::)

Imagine getting driven in the middle row of seats, and the driver breaks hard. You will smash your face against the plastic sheet.
No thanks, needs some serious mod with angle grinder and welder :y :y :y

They've all been glass that I've seen. ;) ;)

Glass/Plastic still bends the nose at 30mph impact.

So, a bit like sitting in the front seat of a car then.. ::) ::) ::)
It is legal.......
It has seat belts......
I am not really going to buy it......
These normally drive at walking pace.......
Do you remember driving cars, with a metal dash and no seat belts?......
Was posted as a bit of fun....... ::) ::) ::)

I can go one better than that, I used to drive one regularly back in the 70's.

Having seat belts on the middle row of these cars is very rare. I have looked at many of these types of cars Vauxhalls and Fords and only the very new ones have seat belts on the middle row. The argument was the middle row seats folded out of the way and so where called "occasional use" seats.
The only exception where the Volvo limo's they all appeared to have seat belts on the middle row.
Back to this one it looks very well done and a true 7 seater :y to the builder.

Vamps, if she also asks you to add a pole of any kind.. you should be worried!
*legs it*
Here's what you really want, anyway:

(There's one in Staines - the capital of cool, clearly - although it's considerably shorter than that one.. you'd never get that around English corners ;D )

HAHAHA too true. But still, enjoy as well! ;)

I really do like the "division", as they used to be called. I've often wondered if it would be possible to get one installed at 90o to this one, just to the right of the passenger seat.
Controllable only from the driver's seat, and soundproof, of course. :)

Just curious were they factory made or did they come off the production line as something else then go to a coach builders or similar to be modified ? :D
-
well i like the wheels
and its a opal not a vauxhall

I was watching one of the Discovery channels that showed how hearses were made and they are indeed sent to a specialist coachbuilders. The transformation is pretty spectacular!

The TC site, although it fails to list all sorts of common items, does give a good price on shock absorbers for Omega hearses and Omegas with armoured bodywork.
