I thought, going by the engine cover, that it might be a v8 lump, but sadly a mere v6. Although that will do.

Lovely car. Rear wheel drive.  Nice wide stance. But if it's based on the Holden chassis, which it looks like it might be, then there's no chance of seeing it here.  :'(

One Holden Caprice. Also available as an estate (Sportwagon). prices about $80k Aus. Nearly new are around $65k Aus, £38k ish. It is same chassis as the VXR8, poss longer wheelbase on saloon, and different tail lights. Either 3.6 v6 or 6.0 v8, both auto or manual. :y

PMSL ;D A 1.8 vectra is better than one of those...

Would rather keep a VXR8 in super unleaded than drive another VAG motor  ::)

Nice as one of those chevvy's would be, I can't quite see VX trying to sell a £45k saloon, although having said that, how much is the latest VXR8? :-/
