...to wash and polish the car.
According to http://www.metcheck.com, there is a large dust cloud currently above Spain with our name on it. When the rain pushes up from the south tomorrow, it will leave a nice coating of Saharan sand on top of my AutoGlym.
Thanks a bunch... >:(

Because, just for now, it is not scratched, dented or vandalised, so I'm enjoying the feeling of having a "new" car. :) Actually, there are one or two small blemishes on the bonnet and a couple of scratches that I got out with T-cut, but I think they were caused by something slung over the bonnet when it was laid up for years.
It WILL get scratched, dented and vandalised. I try parking in car parks with no cars either side, but still come out after shopping to find someone's parked a quarter of an inch away. >:(
I do live in London, but it is a suburban street. The only problem I really face is the school run, but with a bit of luck we may be getting that seen to. I attended a council meeting a couple of weeks ago and came up with an idea to avoid cars squeezing past each other on my stretch of road. Idea was well received and I hope something will be done this autumn. :y
Bottom line is that I find polishing the car a bit therapeutic. Does that make me one sad git? ::)

One mans sad git is another mans proud owner. :y

When you feel you need some therapy mine needs polishing.. ;D :y
