After 16 years of driving I have just bought my 60th car.

1991 Land Rover Discovery 200 TDi manual.
Should be a laugh, and came with 6 months t & t.
Some will have seen them before, but here are pictures of all the others:

Not half!
My Omega is number 5 in 20 years of driving and I still own number 3 anyway.

Damn thats a lot of cars!!!
Last time I counted all mine it was only around 15 I think - once I get something I'm really happy with I just keep it for ages slowly improving it; my other car (MR2) I have had since 2000...
There seems to be loads of quite similar cars on there - surely thay can't all be bought to drive day-to-day? I bet you have a little enterprise buying from auction to resell for a quick profit perhaps? My favourite was the 540i V8. mmmmmmm

My favourite was the 540i V8.
The subsequent downgrade to a Volvo 440 :o must have been a tough one - assuming they're in chronological order?

Chronological, yes, but I have had up to six cars at one time.
I currently have the Discovery, Almera GTi, BMW 525ix Touring, Mondeo 1.8 TD Estate, and the Mondeo 2.0 RSi.
If I have a car like the 540i Touring (or even Jimbob's MV6), I'll always have something else I can use day to day, like my Mondeo 1.8 TD Estate (which if I'm really honest is probably the best car I have ever owned).
It's not quick, stylish etc, but it does absolutely everything I need a car to do. It will cruise at 90 mph, and has never returned less than 40 mpg. The car cost me £50 18 months ago, has not let me down once, and has cost absolutely nothing to run other than standard maintenance; oil changes etc.

:)Good to know the Disco's not your only transport because there'll be welding on a large scale involved at some point soon. Wish i had pics of all my old jalopies, nostalgia! :y

Emma's Uncle has a Disco. Every time we go round there he's underneath with a welder. ::)

Nice ride... seems like a good winter beater. My all time favorite has to be the 2003 Audi S8... without a doubt the best car in that class. It was black on black and tuned by MTM.

59 had its advantages. 59000 miles with fsh. Paid £200 for it, polished it and sold it for £800 two weeks later :)
