My V reg 1999 mini facelift 2.5 GLS Omega:
Cost me £1,299 and the car has only covered 69,000 miles. There's a full service history, including cambelt kit last year and new discs and pads all round, no rust anywhere and bar a few small stone chips and a few light scratches around the door lock the bodywork is pretty much perfect.
Poverty spec interior and a lack of gadgets, but I bought it for the mechanical side of things and for that it's absolutely spot on. Will post more pictures as and when I get them.

Now I need to print off all those helpful "How to" guides and decide which jobs to do first. :D
