Title: Wanted: Need Pics of Boot Spoilers/Wings
Post by: CateraMV6 on 27 March 2008, 02:19:20
I am playing around with the idea of swapping out the Sport Spoiler for a GTO one... its more aggressive looking and hugs the rear end much much better...

The wing will probably be painted black or flat black because I cant really get it to match the OEM color so for now its going to be that color... later maybe I will come up with a way to get it to match...

Here are pics of what it looks like... I want to see some other styles... for ideas....

That looks a bit radical, I've never seen a double layered spoiler fitted to an Omega before.

Go on fit it :y

And I don't think CateraMV6 is planning to stack the wings. IIRC he means to remove the smaller original wing and install the larger GTO wing in its place.

Hmmm..........maybe the small one could go on the roof. Just kidding.  ;D

Elvin is right the OEM one is going away and the red one is going on in the next few weeks.  I just stacked them to get an idea of how far the tips will reach and how it will look if you imagine it being on the trunk...  ::)

That's double spoiled ;D But it's not bad i like it. I personally prefer the smaller spoiler and one of the top of the rear window.

I fear the irony was diluted a little there by the big blue  ::)

That spoiler doubling up on the dark blue car actually works for me in a strange way. It looks right somehow, certainly more right than the bigger spoiler does without it.

I still prefer the little standard lip on it's own though.
