A lovely car and proves estate versions can look just as good as a saloon. :y I recently traded in my 19 year old Carina II estate, and although I love saloons, estates are very useful machines to own. What I haven't carried in the back of Cortina / Carina estates is worth talking about :y
-
Thank you all, she is a beauty, I love estates (mainly cos I am a fisherman) had a few now (2 406's, a mondeo (cracking engine) and before this a Pajero (loved it) but heavy on juice.
The gas conversion makes all the difference on the "miggy" ;D

Oooh....don`t they have lovely smart buses in East Yorkshire!....so much more swish than the Atlanteans of old. :y
I noticed the 'rails' (outside) on the upper deck near-side front; are they to shield from overhanging tree limbs? :question
-
They certainly stop the trees from banging the buses, we have our own "topless" bus that goes round and lops off the overhanging bits.
We have just received a fleet of 30 brand new "deckers" (£4.4m) http://www.eyms.co.uk/
-
nice motor the buses are tidy aswell :y
-
nice. what the hell is that on the dash though!?

I think it's a Dusty Bin from the tv show 3,2,1 from the 80's

Must admit he does look a bit like the little fella from the 80's
