Title: What am I doing to this poor Elite?

There's nothing at all wrong with it, lovely condition, MOT and tax, new tyres etc, and would make someone a great Elite.

Sad thing is, it's just worth more in parts than as a whole car, so I'm breaking it into lots of little bits  :'(

How bad is the rust etc.. on the Elite?? Does it need anything doing to it??

Needs a backbox, and has an AR25 gearbox fitted. Although working fine, chances are it will fail faster if hammered. Otherwise it's fine, and has minimal rust. Sad thing is, it's just worth more in parts.

I would have liked £550 for the car, which I think is reasonable, but I just won't get it.

So out with the spanners, ebay here I come ;D ;D
