Title: Onetel problems or is it
Post by: Martin_1962 on 19 July 2007, 14:55:45
Can you please see if a) my MJI Productions picture is in my signature, and b) My web site is OK?

Can't move my site to BT as it is full of adverts and it will ruin my web site - no sarky comments about it being ruined already!!!!

Thanks - so they are definately down - going to rehost it to BT for now, I am surprised that they can take down all the user area web sites!

Are you still a (paying) Onetel customer, if not, most ISPs delete users websites after a set amount of time.

If you need a temporary host, and you have control of your DNS, I'm sure we can work something out, assuming you don't need anything weird...

Not paying anymore - still use them though and I dial in once a month to keep it.

the whole web.onetel.net.uk has disappeared.

my whole site is mapped from a domain name I own at 123reg or whatever

I'll wait for a couple of days to see what happens

All is HTML

Piccies I am moving to Photobucket

I use the www.martinimber.co.uk rather than the web.onetel address

Very odd - whole web hosting system gone :o

if i hosted it, I would need to change your A record for www - no mickey mouse cloaking.

As said, if you are looking for a temporary host, and have access to A record, let me know...
