Title: omega 3.2 Police Training Car
Post by: Simon_Omega on 07 December 2008, 18:30:44
This car was a Metropolitan Police driver training car.

Sold for £2850 on a 53 plate with only 82k on the clock with FSH, was in mint condition with not one mark on it save for aerial bung in rear o/s wing.
Drove realy well!

Heres some pics for those interested in police vehicles.

the engine was a bit soiled but i spent an hour on it and made it like brand new!

Wish they'd let us train in these instead of TDCi Mondeos! ::)

Underbonnet is sweet, very nice overall!

lots of acid, and some engine degreaser, and a load of degreaser from KFC (the takeaway!) if you wear gloves, get stuck right in and have a high power jet wash and lots of small brushes and dont mind getting covered in crap its easy enough.

a skid pan car is different to a patrol or covert unit!

could have had one other day for £200 on a 53 plate but no point lol
