Title: NOTICE: OOF Power cut!

Oh no, having a power cut. Running on UPS which has been on and off all morning due to brownouts, has about 30 mins left.  If no power restored in 15mins, server will have to go down.

And if it goes flat, UPS needs to be charged to 80% before it will allow server back up, so may be off a while if it happens.

I'll give it 5m before shutting down to preserve UPS batts (hence not have to turn UPS off, so we can restart straight away power resumes.

Still getting lots of brownouts, but UPS can easily cope with that...

Yeah, only brief power cut, 15mins. Trouble is with power cuts, you never know how long they will last :(
