It seems it was the general opinion a week or so back that it is a mini facelift, and someone said to put a couple of Pic's up, so here they are....and is it?

The light switch has only the rear fog switch ( which I aim to rectify shortly), so it seems the bumper and/or fogs were fitted later.
I don't think this bumper originally had foglights in it.

Nice clean mig mate :y

Looks very well indeed K :y :y

Thats a nice car. :y
Could be the other way round, maybe the headlamp switch was replaced later without front fog option?
-
Tourers did have fog lights from the factory :y

Thanks for all the comments.
Right, thanks Tunnie, in which case ODM is probably right, the switch was replaced.
What made me think they might not be original is the front has been replaced after accident damage at some time in the past (on V5) the air con conderser is a 'V' shape, pushed in dead in the middle, still works ok, one of the front fans is missing too, so maybe the bumper was adapted to fit in the original foglights, it's a very good almost undetectable job, but you can see it's been cut round the edges where the fog lights fit in.
I hope whoever did it wired up the fogs so all thats needed is to replace the switch. :y
