So I was playing with the camera and thought I'd post these up..
Now if anyone who knows anything about photography wants to view the Exif data and tell me what I'm doing wrong ;) (I realise I totally overexposed one and underexposed the other as I was on balanced metering not spot metering..)

And a bonus picture of the MR2 - there's a bit of Omega in the picture so it counts ;D

nice car, almost looks like black in the pics.

Yes, I do fancy that. 8-) :-* :y :y
-
nice shiny cars.. :y

Thanks guys ;) I'll take some proper pics of the Omega at some point.. when it's actually clean (it only looks shiny in pictures, but it's not as bad as the MR2 ;D )!
It probably looks darker than it is as the photos were a touch underexposed thanks to my camera-usage-fail :-[

Car looks tidy to me. :)
Just seen that you have a 5DII with L lens gear, you can do much much better with that (yes I'm envious!), and I'm by no means no expert.
The lighting isn't great which limits the ISO you've used, although the 5DII hides it well. Could do with better angles and location.
Take the car out to a local 'beauty' spot in the sunlight, take the pictures with the Sun behind you and shoot at ISO 100. If you want the background in focus keep shooting between f7-11. If you just want the car in focus and the background out of focus, use the lowest aperture possible (in this case f4) and zoom in from a distance.

You haven't visited Bracknell, have you .. ;D
But yes - I really do need to take pictures of it (or something, to practice!) in a decent location :)
