Just have done my front lights and its looks awesome.I just want to recommend good polish and scratch remover.
Xerapol Plastic Polish. Plastic Polish & Scratch Remover. 1 50g Tube
Works well on any surface.I'm very happy with it.

Its easy to do it.If you get Xerapol in the box you will get cloth and 1500 grid sand paper.If your lamps are not badly damaged/scratched you should be fine with it. Sand them down till they will get white like milk ;-) then polish them using Xerapol.One lamp should take around two hours to do.
I have this done manually without any buffers that's safest way.
Hope thats my english is understeandable enough and that will help somehow :-)
