Gotta get my number plate on it when I get a day off work but apart from that I aint got many plans for it apart from Wheels, lows and maybe a grill and spoiler

And a little taster of some wheels

Looks good.Really like that colour.Personally I think the standard Elite wheels fitted look better than the ones in the pics. Just my opinion, either way, it's a nice car :y

The Elite wheels will be my everyday wheel, I run them on my Astra so im a bit bored of them. I had 8 of them when I had my Astra and this car came with them on so I now have 12!

I have lots of other wheels that will fit the Miggy, everything from 16" - 20" So I reckon it will wear a few sets in my ownership of it!  :D

Very nice - the black wheels with the silver lip should look great on the car, IMHO. 8-)

Will the 10 inchers fit under the Omega rear arches?
I have some on my Carlton, but they wouldn't fit until the Lotus kit went on.

on the mega meega the lotus alloys went straight on no worries , and also the Azev a,s which were 18x10 on the rear!!!

Well I now have 2 Omega's, both the same colour.

I picked this one up a few months ago for a steal, she had a few problems but they are sorted for now.

She is a 2.2 CD manual on a V plate with leather.

Going to keep the 2.2 and transplant the good bits from the CDX, including these

The manual drives so much better then the auto, you feel more involved. I like driving auto cars as well.

I am stripping the CDX auto, gonna put the good bits on the manual

I had the Azev A's on my estate until last year - same sizes too, 8.5J on the the front and 10J on the back. They look great on the car but the alloy is fairly soft and very prone to pothole damage as I frequently found out, and the rear tyres were hellishly expensive, hence selling them and reverting to original MV6 alloys.

Any chance of a few pics of your car with the AZEV's on please? what rear tyres were you running?
Title: Re: My Facelift V6 CDX with some teaser pics of wheels
Post by: omegabsw on 09 February 2011, 12:25:48
Im gonna run 245 40 17's on the rear and 225 45's on the front I think.

I may not even use the 10's yet. I have 4x 7.5's as well.

Thanks a lot for those, the 10's dont look as big in the rear arches as first thought.

I dont suppose you know what the offset was please?

Yes the 10's cleared the rear arches without any problem, even with a lot of weight in the back.
Sorry, I don't know what the offset was. :-[
