Hi Guys,
just a quick one, im thinking about going out and getting some chips (large of course).
Do i go for standard Tomato ketchup or go all the way and have curry sauce?

turn it into a poll, and add mustard and brown sauce, tobasco, salad cream, mayo, strawberry jam, cheese and chive dip, barbeque to whats already been mentioned!!

another suggestion, though a risky one, put oil on your chips ;D

Normally HP for me, but sometimes Ketchup takes my fancy...

I'll assume that you've eaten your chips by now... :-/ however, forget all the sauces.. What about? pre heat your oven to 180 degrees, part boil chip / wedge sized spuds, coat them with olive oil, then dip them in an array of mixed herbs, tumerec and chiilie powder.. you could even use the spices mixed in with a little youghurt as a marinade. Oven bake for 20-30 mins until browning, then eat them with a side salad.....
