Time to sell mine I think ::) ::) ::)

I'd be a bit dubious of that mileage too :-/ :-/

I would be taking a VERY close look at the service history to verify the miles.

Coolant level low and the wrong colour for a well maintained mig.

I think he's got the last bit "a lot of motor car for the money. £3,495." the wrong way round :o.

Don't get me wrong, it's a very, very tidy car but it's not worth 2½ times the book value!

For that money, you could get a decent facelift!  :y

But some people will spend silly money to get the right good car :o not that far from me about 4 months back in a garage there was an omega elite saloon 2.5 pre face on a V reg in blue with cream leather and 120,000 on the clock with FSH and that was up for £1800 and it sold :o

I sold my 2000 registered facelift 2.5 CDX Estate back in July.
Before it went I did front struts, wishbones, droplinks, 4 new boots, new windscreen, air-con, and WIM.

Before I got it, it had....DIS pack, plug leads, plugs, cam gaskets, discs front/rear, pads front/rear, a few other bits of crap and shed loads of receipts for work all done at Vx main dealer.
Flaky paint on front & rear bumpers, but otherwise immaculate (the pics should still be here somewhere)

2 owners from new, full service history...and I let it go for £1000.

The MIG is nowhere near rare enough at this moment in time to start commanding money, and it won't reach that status for a good few years IMO.
