Title: 15 sec rule

Can someone explain the 15 second rule for disconnecting the battery please. Why is it neccassary and how it should be done.

Not doing it will cause you to crack your head open on the bonnet ;D

Loosen clamp, ign on, ign off, then clamp off in 15s.  Else the power sounder will go off, causing you to jump, hence cracking your head....

Thanks The Boy, i will where a bash hat as well just in case ;D
