I now have some money !!!!
'Dave DND' can repair but I thought there maybe a secondhand one 'out there'.
Model numbers "very very" important, must be the same as the following, matched to a CCR800, Type CDC2 :
No 90 493 268,
W1G,
No 7 607 776 320,
Made in Portugal

Thanks John, first time in 12 months I can listen to my CDs, I will buy you a beer at the next meet at the 'Plank & Leggett' 13th September.
