So what you're saying Pedro, is if that stalk you got for a fiver only lasts a year, then you have to buy another one, which also only lasts a year, and you keep having to buy stalks that only last you one year, then it's going to be a total of seven years before you find yourself thinking 'oh fiddlesticks, had I have bought a brand new one seven years ago, I'd have just broke even!' Of course, by then your 'brand new' stalk would be seven years old, anyway.

Sorry, but I'm with Pedro on this, and going to save myself thirty quid, which shall be otherwise invested in ale.

Man after my own heart. Just don't D&D matey!!! ::)

If I thought I'd be keeping my Omega for seven years, then perhaps I would buy a new one, but chances of a car with excess of 135K on the clock lasting me even half that long are pretty remote (even though I love the car to bits!), so used will suffice for my needs!
 ;)

Your choice of course. You could have had mine for a fiver.  I won't put it on here, will sell on ebay then.

Please yourselves.

Hope when you're flashing the car in the side road waiting to pull out, they realise its not you letting them out, but a breaked stalk.
