My Elite has a towbar fitted and I do not want it.
If anyone wants it come and take it off, and do a proper job doing so and it's yours as the title says

if you were not so far i wouold have it , who ever has it make sure they seal the bolt holes back up

I'm assuming it's not a detachable one?

Personally I'd leave it on... It's a nice bit of armour plating if someone rolls into the back of you ::) ::) ;D ;D

Agreed...leave it on...the holes risks your car rusting...cant you just unbolt and remove the hook part so its not visible?

That's what I'd do. It's really not worth taking it off.
