Be interested in the "new" Vx one mate - can you supply as the kit (cover, cooler, nuts and orings)?
PM me a price please.

How much for the other one - I'd be interested if it's in working condition :y

the new vx item now comes in wot looks like copper, the other one is aluminium like the original ones, and you can tell the difference in the weight too

Iirc newer ones should be stainless steel.Earlier ones were mild steel. ;)

maybe thats wot it is then, just looks copper coloured

Find a magnet. Mild steel is magnetic, stainless isn't. ;)

Copper isnt magnetic either but certain grades of stainless are magnetic, ie 430 grade commonly used for sinks, cutlery ect..

I nearly added the bit about copper but thought that stainless would be identifiable from copper ....... ::) .... maybe it's a good job that oil coolers aren't made from cutlery ;)
