Title: Last 2
Post by: RonaldMcBurger on 07 August 2007, 09:09:32
I now have two Omegas left. The 2000 CD V6 that just needs a quick service, then the Mrs McB's 1999 2.5 CDX Auto Estate, which needs rocker gasskets and a service.

Then I am finished with them all for ever! HOOOOOOOOOOOOORAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mondeo sale fell through on the basis that the seller forgot to mention the aircon not working, no red key (they only cost a tenner mate) yeah right, try £130+ and the minor fact that he only bought it last month. Mmmmmmm too big for the wife huh? Not heard that one befeor, company car huh? Another new one on me. Emigrating? Yep ok, selling for a friend with no computer? Oh sure......

So, still looking for another car for the Mrs.

On the good news front, I think I have stumnbled on what was actually wrong with the EPS on the Corsa. I will reveal all when I confirm.

I 100% guarantee that I am finished with Omegas. I have done my bit by reviving 18 of them. That is enough for anyone!

Nope!

Have nearly finished Project 19. That is the 2000 model CD auto. Cambelt and water pump now done as is the oil coler and rocker gaskets/breathers. It will keep the brand new Genuine Vauxhall exhaust system and will now have a CCR2006 as well. Aircon is icy cold and it is starting to look VERY nice indeed. Still to do handbrake service as usual, then glovebox catch and that is about it. Up for sale by Sunday night.

Elite LPG is sold, so that just leaves the Mrs CDX auto estate. This is one FAST mother of an estate car, so any early interest start now! This will be up for sale within the fortnight.
