The rain sensor itself is a removable part, but the screen needs to have a mount for the sensor built into it. As Chris says, you could upgrade your screen to the correct one through your insurance. Might be worth giving the fitter a tip though, because he'll know what you are up to (speaking as an ex-fitter)! ::) :-X

Had a new screen fitted in swmbo megane the other week that has this and they asked on the phone before the fitter came. think it must be on the list of questions these days.
tbo what a shame looks fantastic car,

Rob...I'm still deciding what to do.
It's very likely I'll keep my Omega, but I'm not a fan of it's charcoal leather interior.
How much would you want for the complete interior from this? I.e. everything that's shale? Door cards, knee roll, glovebox front, or complete unit, and any other plastics trims?
Is it possible to remove the shale seatbelts?
I think I'm definitely going to come and see you...when would be a convenient day for you?
-
Whenever`s convenient for you Josh. It`s advisable to view the interior because the doorcards are suffering the same fate re; rubberised coating scratches. Easy enough to remove the belts :y

You need an estate stalk, for rear wiper. Suspect yours has no variable intermittent wipe on stalk, so I think electrically its easy enough. Not sure if wiring in place though.
Might be worth ringing around a windscreen place, ask them how much to fit upgraded screen.
