Hello to everyone, & thankyou to everyone who has replied to my recent posts. Has anyone else noticed that a lot of small cars seem to be getting bigger & larger class cars getting smaller?
(Maybe it's just me!)
In the past i was always a Rover 800 lover, but i got fed up with reliability problems & then went for a Citroen XM. Big mistake. EXPENSIVE mistake! Now i'm on to my 2nd Omega, lovely to drive, fairly economical for a big car & so far (touch wood!) very reliable. :y

Welcome to the site :)
Omega is way better than the 800 series, but the 800 is a much older car (mid 80s).
Like most French motors, the XM can get expensive to run, and has lots of Citroen strangeness...

800 was only discontinued in 1999

:)Hello Eddy & welcome aboard. The later Rovers were never really for me, no character & you already know about the build quality. Citroen is certainly an individual car but i would'nt want to finance running it.
However Migs are'nt the cheapest motors to run but they're rwd, easily best of the 3 & you're on your second one. Stick with it. [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]
