Hello and welcome to the best omega Forum on the Net :y :y
If itīs a 2000 then it must be Face-lif :y

Welcome to the site :)
If facelift, it will have leccy window switches on drivers door. If prefacelift, switches will be near gearstick.
Haynes covers prefacelift (though facelift mechanically similar), but not the diesel engine. Not sure if a Landrover Hanyes or BMW Haynes will cover the engine, which is the BMW M51 TDS unit.
